The photo is shotty as the piece is yet to be assembled and is laying on a bed. However, this represents a year (roughly) in the life of a preserved farm in Burlington county, New Jersey, and my first attempt at creating a landscape painting. When I signed up for this project I never thought I'd find a way to enjoy this subject. However, repetition, as always, is my comfort zone...

Lora Marie DurrDuring my undergraduate studies, I spent a great deal of time in the painting studio working with traditional oils.
